- Personalized Meet and Greet: Our agent will monitor the status of your flight and will be waiting for you with a sign board at the end of the airbridge, at immigration, or at the entrance of the terminal (depending on aircraft parking position), before passport control and customs.

Important information about your booking
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before the service will be charged 50% of the applicable rate; the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full.
- Services canceled without prior notice will also be charged in full.
- If a passenger misses the service due to a delayed or canceled flight, it will be treated as a “No-Show,” and no refund will be issued. The full service fee will apply.
- Modifications or bookings made less than 2 business days before the service will incur a 30% surcharge.
