1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and VIPAirassist (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the [Website Name] website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
  • You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation..

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

5. User Generated Contributions

The Site may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Site.

6. Site Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • Monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use.
  • Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use.
  • In our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof.

7. Term and Termination

These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF USE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OF USE OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.

8. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State/Commonwealth of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Amendments, Refunds, and Cancellations, No-Shows

10.1. Unless stated otherwise, VIPAIRASSIST may accept modifications to a previously confirmed booking. Changes to the booking may include, but are not limited to:

A change of the service date and/or time;
A change of the flight number;
A change in the number of passengers requiring the service.

10.2. Booking changes are possible only if they align with the availability of the greeter/driver and do not conflict with the rules of the airport or the country where the service is provided.

10.3. Requests for booking changes will only be processed by VIPAIRASSIST if:
The request is submitted by the client in written form;
The request is submitted before the scheduled service time of the original booking;
The request includes the new booking details and schedule in a clear and complete manner.

10.4. All bookings must be tied to a specific date, time, and location. Under no circumstances can a confirmed booking or any payments made be put on hold for an indefinite period.

10.5. Unless otherwise specified, it is not possible to change the date and/or time of a confirmed service less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time. If a different date and/or time is requested, the existing booking must be canceled with a 100% fee as per the terms outlined in § 10.7., and a new booking with prepayment must be made.

10.6. A complete change of the passenger list in a confirmed booking is not possible. If the service is required for a completely different passenger list than initially confirmed, a new booking must be made.

10.7. Booking cancellations made before the scheduled service time are subject to the following standard cancellation terms:
If the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service time, no cancellation fees apply;
If the cancellation is made between 72 hours and 48 hours before the scheduled service time, a 50% cancellation fee applies;
If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

10.8. Alternative cancellation terms than those listed in § 10.7. may apply for services provided at certain locations. If this is the case, VIPAIRASSIST will inform the client about the alternative cancellation terms, which will supersede the standard terms listed in § 10.7.

10.9. The removal of one or more passengers from a confirmed booking is subject to the cancellation terms specified in § 10.7. or any alternative cancellation policy specified by VIPAIRASSIST at the time of the service request.

10.10. A booking cancellation or change will only be considered final when confirmed by VIPAIRASSIST via email.

10.11. If the inability to confirm a booking change leads to a cancellation, the cancellation will be subject to the standard terms specified in § 10.7. or the alternative cancellation policy provided by VIPAIRASSIST at the time of the service request.

10.12. If the passenger fails to appear at the scheduled meeting time and location, the service will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be provided by VIPAIRASSIST.

10.13. If the passenger chooses to decline or terminate the service for any reason while being met or assisted by the greeter/driver, no refund will be provided by VIPAIRASSIST

10.14. The terms regarding booking cancellations and changes by VIPAIRASSIST apply regardless of the reasons prompting the client to request a cancellation or change

11. Complaints & Disputes

11.1. Any complaint or dispute regarding the provision of a service should be notified to VIPAIRASSIST in writing by email within 14 days of the service date. VIPAIRASSIST reserves the right not to investigate any complaint received later than 14 days after the service date.

11.2. VIPAIRASSIST reserves the right not to investigate any complaint arising from the client's misinterpretation of the title, description, and/or documentation of the services.

12.Declaration

12.1. By making a booking with VIPAIRASSIST, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted all the conditions listed herein.

12.2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold VIPAIRASSIST harmless from any liability arising out of or related to the carriage of prohibited goods and/or any illegal or prohibited actions or behavior by the passenger during the service.

12.3. The client acknowledges that they have not entered into this contract relying on any representations made by or on behalf of VIPAIRASSIST and have not relied upon any correspondence, web content, written or verbal statements, or sales literature issued by a third party on behalf of VIPAIRASSIST.

12.4. The client acknowledges that they have freely accepted these conditions, understanding that VIPAIRASSIST’s liability is limited as per these terms.

12.5. The client acknowledges that these conditions, together with any variation agreed upon in writing between the client and the director of VIPAIRASSIST, constitute the entire contract between VIPAIRASSIST and the client, su11. Contact Us
