Important information about your booking
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before the service will be charged 50% of the applicable rate; the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full.
- Services canceled without prior notice will also be charged in full.
- If a passenger misses the service due to a delayed or canceled flight, it will be treated as a “No-Show,” and no refund will be issued. The full service fee will apply.
- Modifications or bookings made less than 2 business days before the service will incur a 30% surcharge.
- For services with flights arriving or departing between 23:00 and 09:30 local Japan time, an additional USD 150 per agent (Greeter or porter) will be charged.
- A flight delayed by over 3 hours from its scheduled arrival will be considered a "no show," with full cancellation charges.
- Switching airports between HND and NRT in Tokyo is treated as a new booking.
- For delayed departures, staff will stay with passengers for up to 1 hour after the scheduled departure.
- The greeter will be available 2 hours before the scheduled departure. If service exceeds 3 hours, an additional fee of USD 150 per hour will apply.
