Important information about your booking
- Cancellation within five days of confirmation or a no-show will result in a 100% fee. Cancellation fees incurred after confirmation amount to 50%.
- A 45% additional fee is applied during nighttime hours (23:00-07:00)
- A 30% extra charge is applicable on Sundays, as well as on Public and Bank Holidays.
- Modifications or bookings made less than 2 business days before the service will incur a 30% surcharge.
