Terms & Conditions
Important information about your booking
- Last-Minute Requests or Amendments: A 50% surcharge applies to requests submitted or amended less than 3 business days before the service date, based on local time.
- Urgent Bookings: A 20% surcharge applies to requests submitted less than 48 hours before the service date, based on local time.
- Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the service date, as well as no-shows, are subject to a 100% charge.
- Local Public Holidays: A 20% surcharge applies on local public holidays.
- Night-Time Services: A 15% surcharge applies to services provided between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Peak Periods: Standard rates do not apply during the Singapore Airshow and the F1 peak season. A 15% surcharge applies during the Singapore Airshow, Youth Olympic Games (YOG), and F1 periods.
- Transit Services: A minimum connection time of 3 hours is required for transit services.
- Terminal 4 Services: An additional surcharge of 150 USD per way applies to all services involving Terminal 4.
- Year-End Holiday Period: A 15% surcharge applies to services provided from December 22 through January 4.
